Hana Sanchez is a certified life and neuroscience coach and the visionary behind Fuck Everyone University. After building several businesses, raising a family and achieving “success” on paper, Hana found herself feeling disconnected, unfulfilled, and lost, realizing that much of her ambition was driven not by purpose, but by deep rooted people pleasing.

As a recovering people-pleaser, she discovered firsthand how damaging it can be to live on autopilot, constantly molding yourself to meet expectations that aren’t your own. Through her own transformation, Hana became committed to helping others break out of that same cycle.

Today, her work blends neuroscience, compassionate coaching, and grounded empowerment to guide people back to their authentic selves. Her mission is to help individuals see the true cost of people-pleasing and to teach them how to create lives that are aligned, fulfilling, and deeply their own.

Hana believes that when you stop living for everyone else, you finally make space for the life you were meant to live.
